Study Subjects:
Philosophy and Ethics
English Literature
Media Studies
Cambridge Technicals ICT

Why did you study these subjects?
In the future I hope to study Literature at University, so I chose these subjects because it will give me a good foundation. All my chosen subjects link to each other in some way or another when you look at the different modules, so with enough studying, I will get a much broader understanding.

Tell us your favourite memory of your time at Carmel college sixth form
My favourite memory has got to be when I dressed up as The Great Gatsby for Sixth Form open evening. It gave my class and I the opportunity to speak to new students about the course and what they can expect should they choose to study it in September when they join Carmel VI. It was a lot of fun too!

How did Carmel College help you prepare for the future?
I have studied at Carmel since 2011, and I have realised that they always have your back – even if you’re an external student who has joined the Carmel family for VI Form. They have great connections with both Universities and Employers around the country, and they always make sure that you’re confident before they send you off on your next venture. Carmel give students the opportunity to visit places all over the world, so before you leave Carmel, should you choose to take part, you will have already seen the world, and you’ll only be 18/19 years old. It’s amazing.
